general preferences Overview 
The general preferences section lets you select a variety of options
that do not fit into the other categories.
You can select to not display the splash screen when Tembria Network Monitor starts and whether or not it should ask for confirmation before it is closed. By default, when Tembria Server Monitor is minimized it goes to the task bar as a small icon instead of taking up space on the regular task bar area. You can override this by de-selecting the "Minimize as an icon on the tray area" option. Also, if there are unviewed events Tembria Server Monitor will animate the task bar icon to inform you of their presence. If you prefer you can turn this option off. table of contents |
