dns event monitor Description The DNS event monitor checks one or more domains names that you specify and ensures that they can be resolved to IP addresses. Options The default option is to use the DNS server that is currently being used by the machine the Tembria Server Monitor service is running on. If you wish to use a different DNS server you can do so by specifying its IP address. The event monitor will try to resolve each of the device names that were selected when the event monitor is configured and will warn if any of them could not be resolved. table of contents |
